Rok Plaza sits in the centre of Alcalá, a minute's walk from the lava coastline and a 25-minute drive from Tenerife South Airport. The historic building houses nine apartments with views of the plaza and the ocean. Free street parking is available around the plaza, and the nearby seaside walking path connects to the next town of San Juan Playa.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with modern décor, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom. The Superior King Suite offers a separate sun terrace shared among guests, while the Villa with Sea View includes its own private terrace. Bed linens and towels are changed regularly by the cleaning team, who service the apartments nearly every day.
